Our Grapefruit and Jalapeño shrub syrup is made with fresh grapefruit (we use the peels for our “Rizzo” bitters), vinegar, cane sugar, and jalapeños. Savored purely on its own mixed with seltzer or used as a cocktail mixer. Just a small kick from the jalapeño as we de-seed the peppers.
