About the Brand: Kara Elise Campbell and Melissa Perez created The Embodiment Deck in 2021 with the intention of creating a tool to help women reconnect with the body. This deck of 48 cards is a gorgeously illustrated tool to empower you to connect, reflect, and explore. In 2023 Kara and Mel felt the pull to focus on supporting Mothers and began working on creating the new Mama Deck. They are now working on continuing to create resources and tools that support Mothers on the soul work journey of embracing the full mama journey, chaos and cuddles included.
