About the brand: Black owned and women owned. Sam Allonce is a chef who turned her love of sauces and hot sauce into a business during Covid. In February of 2020, she and her husband found out they were expecting. Being pregnant and on lockdown, she had time to indulge in her cravings which were mostly for spicy foods. She realized that most hot sauces used the same ingredients, so the chef part of her sought out to create a line of bright, colorful, and flavorful hot sauces that used unique chef-inspired ingredients.
