How to Use:
- How: Shake well before use. Begin with dry hands and a dry face. Dispense into the palm of your hand and massage over face, then rinse and pat dry. For better removal of eye makeup, saturate a reusable cotton round and gently wipe then rinse. Keep out of eyes.
